TERMS & CONDITIONS
Article 1 – Definitions
In these terms and conditions, the following definitions apply:
Additional agreement: an agreement whereby the consumer acquires products, digital content and/or services in connection with a distance contract and these are supplied by SEGLARIDE or by a third party on the basis of an arrangement between that third party and SEGLARIDE.
Withdrawal period: the period within which the consumer may exercise the right of withdrawal.
Consumer / Buyer: the natural person acting for purposes outside his trade, business, craft or profession.
Day: calendar day.
Digital content: data produced and delivered in digital form.
Continuous performance contract: a contract for the regular supply of goods, services or digital content during a certain period.
Durable medium: any tool, including email, that enables the consumer or SEGLARIDE to store information addressed personally to him in a way accessible for future reference and unchanged reproduction.
Right of withdrawal: the possibility for the consumer to withdraw from the distance contract within the withdrawal period.
Entrepreneur: SEGLARIDE, operated by SOOV Engineering.
Distance contract: a contract concluded between SEGLARIDE and the consumer within an organised system for distance selling, using exclusively one or more means of distance communication.
Model withdrawal form: the European model withdrawal form as provided by EU Directive 2011/83/EU.
Means of distance communication: any method that allows a contract to be concluded without consumer and entrepreneur being physically present in the same place.

Article 3 – Applicability
These General Terms & Conditions apply to every offer made by SEGLARIDE and to every distance contract concluded between SEGLARIDE and a consumer.
Before the contract is concluded, the text of these terms will be made available electronically in such a way that it can be stored on a durable medium.
Article 4 – The Offer
Delivery times depend on product availability and destination.
Indicative delivery times are not binding and may vary due to logistics, availability, or force majeure.
Returns & Right of Withdrawal
Article 5 – The Agreement
The agreement is concluded at the moment the consumer accepts the offer and fulfils the stated conditions.
SEGLARIDE confirms receipt of the acceptance electronically without undue delay.
Article 6 – Right of Withdrawal
The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which the consumer or a third party designated by him receives the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the consumer must inform SEGLARIDE by means of an unambiguous statement (email or letter).
Article 7 – Obligations of the Consumer During the Withdrawal Period
During the withdrawal period, the consumer shall handle the product and packaging with care.
The product may only be unpacked and used to the extent necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning.
The consumer is liable for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary.
Article 8 – Exercise of Withdrawal and Costs
If the consumer exercises the right of withdrawal, he must return the goods within 14 days after notification.
The direct cost of returning the goods is borne by the consumer.
The consumer bears the risk of return shipment.
Article 9 – Obligations of SEGLARIDE in Case of Withdrawal
SEGLARIDE shall reimburse all payments received from the consumer, including standard delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after being informed of the withdrawal.
Reimbursement may be withheld until the goods are received back or proof of return is provided.
Refund will be made using the same payment method as the original transaction unless otherwise agreed.
Article 10 – Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
Sealed products not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed
Custom-made or personalized products
Products that, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other goods
Article 11 – The Price
All prices are stated in EUR and include VAT unless explicitly stated otherwise.
SEGLARIDE reserves the right to change prices at any time, but products are invoiced based on the price applicable at the time of order confirmation.
Article 12 – Performance of the Agreement and Warranty
SEGLARIDE guarantees that products comply with the contract and with reasonable standards of quality and usability.
Consumers benefit from the legal warranty of conformity of 2 years under Belgian law.
Article 13 – Delivery and Execution
Delivery is carried out at the address provided by the consumer.
Risk transfers to the consumer at the moment of delivery.
Delivery times are indicative and do not constitute strict deadlines unless explicitly agreed.
Article 14 – Duration Transactions
This article applies only to continuous performance contracts (if applicable).
The consumer may terminate such contracts in accordance with applicable Belgian law.
Article 15 – Payment
Unless otherwise agreed, payment must be made at the time of ordering.
SEGLARIDE may suspend delivery in case of non-payment.
Article 16 – Warranty Conditions
The legal 2-year warranty under Belgian law applies to consumers.
This warranty does not cover:
Normal wear and tear
Damage caused by misuse or accidents
Damage resulting from failure to follow safety instructions
Improper modifications
Unless otherwise agreed, payment must be made at the time of ordering.
SEGLARIDE is not liable for:
Indirect or consequential damage
Loss of income or profit
Damage resulting from improper use
Electric scooters must be used in accordance with Belgian traffic regulations.
The user is responsible for compliance with local laws, including helmet and safety requirements.
Article 18 – Complaints Procedure
Complaints must be submitted in writing to mail@seglaride.com within a reasonable period after discovery.
SEGLARIDE will respond within 14 days.
Article 19 – Disputes
All agreements are governed exclusively by Belgian law.
In case of dispute, the courts of the judicial district where SEGLARIDE has its registered office shall have jurisdiction.

Article 20 – Electronic Invoicing
By placing an order, the customer agrees to receive invoices electronically.
