Shipping & Returns

SEGLARIDE – European Union Launch

Shipping Region

Shipping is available within the European Union only at launch.

We currently do not offer shipping outside the EU.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on:

  • Product type

  • Weight

  • Destination within the EU

Maximum shipment weight per parcel: 30 kg

Parcels must comply with the following maximum dimensions:

1 × length + (2 × width) + (2 × height) = maximum 3 meters

If a product exceeds these limits, alternative transport arrangements may apply.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time within the EU:
3–7 business days

Delivery times depend on product availability and destination.

Indicative delivery times are not legally binding and may vary due to logistics, stock availability, or force majeure circumstances.

Shipping Confirmation

Once your order is ready for dispatch, you will receive a confirmation email including a Track & Trace code.

Risk transfers to the buyer upon delivery to the address provided during checkout.

Order Collection

Orders may be collected from our warehouse by appointment only.

To arrange collection, please contact us in advance:

Returns & Right of Withdrawal

Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

Consumers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days after receiving the product, without stating any reason.

To exercise this right, the buyer must notify SEGLARIDE in writing via the official return form within the 14-day period.

The product must be returned within 14 days after notification of withdrawal.

Return Conditions

To qualify for a refund, the product must:

  • Be unused

  • Be undamaged

  • Be in original condition

  • Be returned in its original packaging

  • Not have been modified or repaired

Products showing signs of use, damage, improper handling, or incomplete packaging may be refused or subject to a depreciation deduction.

Return Shipping Costs

The buyer bears the direct costs of returning the product.

We recommend using a shipment method with Track & Trace.

The buyer remains responsible for the product until it is received and inspected by SEGLARIDE.

Risk of loss or damage during return shipment lies with the buyer.

Refund Procedure

After receipt and inspection of the returned product:

  • If the return complies with all conditions, the purchase amount will be refunded.

  • Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.

Refund processing may take up to 14 days after receipt and approval of the returned product.

SEGLARIDE reserves the right to withhold reimbursement until the returned goods have been received or proof of return shipment has been provided.

Defective or Damaged Products

If a product is defective upon delivery, the buyer must notify SEGLARIDE within 48 hours after receipt.

Claims must include:

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Clear photographic evidence

SEGLARIDE will assess the claim and provide an appropriate solution in accordance with applicable EU consumer law.

Exclusions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Products damaged due to improper use

  • Products modified by the buyer

  • Products purchased for professional or business use (B2B transactions may be subject to different terms)
